Q: What does it mean when you say that you charge in New Zealand dollars?

A: This means that your credit charge is actually charged in New Zealand dollars. Your credit card statement will normally show the original charge made in a foreign currency (in this case New Zealand dollars), the conversion rate used to make the conversion into your currency (US dollars in this example), and the converted amount once again shown in your currency.

Q: Will my card be charged automatically when I place an order?

A: No. WormTreatment.com does not use an automated payment gateway. All orders will be manually charged by a member of the WormTreatment.com team. The advantage with this system is that it provides us with greater flexibility regarding your order. We can ensure that everything about your order is correct before any charge is made against your credit card. It also helps us to guard against instances of credit card fraud by allowing us to spot any anomalies before the order is charged. This system helps give everyone peace of mind.

Q: How quickly is my order charged?

A: Your credit card is charged within 12 to 24 hours of your order being placed and within a couple of hours of your order being dispatched. You will receive a confirmation e-mail informing you that your order has been sent. The only exception to this is on a Sunday. All orders received on Sunday, our time, will be held over for processing until first thing on Monday morning.
