Q: How do I have my order displayed in a different currency?
A: Just select a preferred currency from the 'select currency' field. The page will automatically refresh once you have made your selection and will display any product prices and the total for your order in that particular currency. Please remember that this is only intended to give you the approximate value of your order when you select currencies other than the New Zealand dollar (NZD). All orders will be charged in New Zealand Dollars only.
Q: I selected a currency other than the New Zealand dollar in 'select currency' but when I was charged for the order my order was charged in New Zealand dollars. Why was this?
A: We only charge orders in New Zealand dollars. If you have selected to have our prices displayed in a currency other than the New Zealand dollar then you will still be able to see the total value of your order in New Zealand dollars listed below the total shown for your selected currency.
Q: How up to date is the currency converter?
A: The currency converter is surprisingly accurate, especially when you consider that it is only intended to be used as a guide, with the rates being updated automatically every 24 hours.
Q: I cannot find my currency displayed on your site. Why is this?
A: Unfortunately we have had to limit the total number of currencies listed to only the most commonly used ones. Otherwise there would simply be too many choices to scroll through and the system would become unwieldy. Our currency rates are updated daily from Oanda.com so if you cannot find the currency that you are looking for on our site you can visit them at http://www.oanda.com and convert the amount shown on our website into your desired currency.
