Q: What shipping methods do you offer?

A: You can choose from the following shipping methods:

• Airmail - This is standard airmail delivery, which arrives through the standard postal system. It does not require a signature, and the standard delivery time is 10 to 12 working days (although quite often it is quicker than this).
• Courier Express - This is our fastest delivery method, and uses a door to door courier service. Your order is delivered within four to five days, and can be tracked throughout that time. A signature is required for this method.
• Economy - The slowest method of delivery, economy can take anywhere from two weeks to eight weeks to arrive. Economy travels via ship, and speed is dependant on weather and the postal system, amongst other things.

Q: How do I select a shipping method?

A: To change the shipping method for your order, select one of the options by clicking on the circle next to it until the black dot is displayed next to your desired option. Then click on the 'Update Cart' button and the new total for your order incorporating your selected shipping method will now be displayed.
